Stay near the PSU campus at our Penn Stater Hotel. There are a limited number of rooms are available for Friday and Saturday nights. Book online or call 814-863-5050.
Cancellations or modifications can be requested in writing to [email protected] through Wednesday, April 5, 2023. Existing reservations are currently non-refundable; new reservations will require a full pre-payment at the time of booking. Ceremony times for the 2023 Spring Commencement can be found here.
May Commencement 2024
Reservations at The Penn Stater for May Commencement will be processed through a guestroom lottery. Interest forms to be included in the lottery will be available here on our website, beginning at 8 am Monday, May 8th, through 11:59 pm Wednesday, May 10th.
We will begin calling guests selected in the initial lottery on Thursday, May 11th, and we expect the process to take up to 3 weeks to complete. Once guestrooms have been fully committed, we will send an email update to all remaining guests indicating placement on our waitlist.
Booking Requirements:
- There is no minimum length of stay required
- Cancellations or modifications must be received in writing at least 60 days in advance
- A deposit equal to one night’s room fee (per room) will be required at the time of booking
- The remaining balance will be charged beginning 60 days prior to arrival and will be considered non-refundable at that time
